Aziza Akhmouch

Policy Analyst – Water Expert Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate, OECD

Aziza Akhmouch is Policy Analyst at the Regional Development Policy Division, Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate of OECD.

She is in charge of the Water Governance Pillar of the OECD Horizontal Water Project. Expert on multilevel governance of water policy, she has done extensive work to identify best practices for building capacity at subnational level and coordinating water policies across ministries and between levels of government.

Aziza Akhmouch holds a PhD in Geopolitics (IFG-Paris 8) and a MS in International Business (Paris-Dauphine).
